Shipping policy

Our processing time on all orders is 14 business days from order date of 14 business days from closing date. Specialty items with specific ETAs vary. Our business days exclude holidays and weekends. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email or text notification with shipping confirmation or pickup details.  

  • Processing Time: Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to receive your order, order supplies, and complete your order.  Our processing time is 14 business days from order date or pre-order closing date (excluding holidays and weekends) on all orders - unless otherwise stated in the listing description on website or Facebook.  We cannot guarantee early completion of any order.  Shipping time by USPS is not included in processing time. 
  • Shipping: Shipping time refers to the time it takes for USPS to deliver your items to you once shipped by us. A tracking number is provided via email on all shipped orders. USPS estimates Ground Advantage deliveries as 3-5 business days and Priority Mail deliveries as 1-3 business days.  USPS does not guarantee delivery dates and/or time frames.  LAFVD is not reliable for delays in shipping by USPS or lost packages. Route Package Protection is available as an add on for all orders.  Shipping costs and Route Package Protection costs are non-refundable. 
  • Local Pickups: Free local pickups (Youngsville) are available to all customers.  Upon completion of your order, an email or text will be sent containing physical address for pickup.  If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will be responsible for picking up your order once complete.  We do not offer meet ups or deliveries.  We do not offer refunds due to failure to pickup or being unable to pick up when local pickup is selected at checkout. Our pickup bin is available on SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ONLY from 8AM-8PM and is located on our front porch.  Each package is labeled with the customer’s name.   The pickup bin is run on a grab and go basis. Please do not knock on the door or ring the doorbell.  *The pickup bin is under 24 hour video surveillance so your packages are safe in the bin.*
